Meal Distribution Schedule Updates for In-Person Learning

Nutrition Services will modify its curbside distribution schedule to one day per week, starting Monday, April 5 from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm at various school sites throughout the district. Free, curbside meals will be available to all enrolled SCUSD and associated charter students each Monday to cover their nutritional needs during their distance learning days. Beginning April 12, enrollment verification will be required to pick up meals for SCUSD students not present in the vehicle. Verification documents are being mailed to all Sac City Unified students. See a sample of the verification document here.

If you did not receive enrollment verification information in the mail, you may also provide a student ID, class schedule, report card, or school welcome letter to the food service personnel to receive free meals for your student(s).

Additionally, free meals will be offered to any child present in the vehicle (no enrollment verification required) during Monday’s curbside meal pick-up. Learn more.
