Parent-Teacher-Student Conferences and Minimum Days.

  • Kindergarten Minimum Day Dismissal: 11:35am
  • 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Grade Dismissal: 12:10pm
  • 3rd/4th Combination, 4th, 5th, & 6th Grade Dismissal: 12:19pm

Lunch will be available immediately after dismissal. Please discuss with your student if s/he will eat lunch at school or at home.

Take Your Parent to Lunch Day
Families are welcome to join their student for lunch (weather permitting)!

Event

Golden Empire families are invited to come to lunch with their children on the first Friday of October, November, February, March, and June.  Parents are encouraged to have lunch with their child by bringing a healthy lunch from home. Bring a blanket and/or chairs to sit in the quad area and enjoy lunch together.

Wildly Important Goals aka WIGs

Event

Wildly Important Goals aka WIGs are goals that teachers and students have set for their classroom to become proficient in either ELA or Math for the school year. Here are each grade levels WIG and even our school wide WIG.

School wide WIG=90% of students will show academic growth in ELA and/or Math by May 31, 2020 as determined by grade level assessments.

Kindergarteners will be able to read 2400 High frequency words by June 1, 2020.

1st graders will read 124 high frequency words by May 31, 2020.
